Date: August 1st, 2008 Time: Twilight Ceremony A private ceremony will be held on August 1st, 2008 in Ellsworth, WI with family. This spiritual ceremony will be based off the Celtic tradition of handfasting with some twists from other spiritual beliefs. (We will post the ritual layout/vows, etc, after we have it all figured out.) In our belief, as well as being based on many spiritual beliefs, this day will be a great day to enter into a long-lasting and fulfilling union as it falls on both a new moon, as well a total solar eclipse. The new moon symbolizes new beginnings,  and the eclipse signifies the shedding of the old, negative aspects of one's life, allowing for new, more positive aspects to enter into one's being. This has even more symbolism in our relationship as it shows both the light and dark aspects, and the balance and harmony between the two. Pictures of the ceremony will be posted here after the event.
